NICU Visits, Toddlers, and a Hot Meal: Kayla’s Story

Three Kids, One Preemie, and a Lot of Love: How We Helped Kayla

ree

At Mom Bomb Giving, we never take for granted the trust it takes for a mother to reach out during her hardest moment.

This time, it was Kayla from Pennsylvania. A mom of three little ones—one of whom, baby Emencaley, arrived three months early.

You can imagine the reality: daily hospital visits. Two small children in tow. Uncertainty about the baby’s health. Sleepless nights. Endless worry. And still, meals to make. A household to run. A body to keep upright.

Kayla didn’t complain. She didn’t ask for much. She simply reached out and asked for a little help with meal delivery, so she could pour her energy where it mattered most.

We were honored to say yes.

“Oh, my goodness,” she said, “I am so very, very excited [to be receiving help]!! I’m just so busy with the baby.”

Meal delivery won’t solve everything—but it can soften the day. It can mean fewer dishes, less decision-making, and a brief moment where the world feels a little lighter.

That’s what Mom Bomb Giving is here for.

We’re funded by the sales of Mom Bomb products, along with donations and partnerships with philanthropic-minded companies. Every dollar goes toward helping mothers in crisis—offering one of four essential services: meal delivery, housekeeping, laundry, or childcare.

Our founder created Mom Bomb after facing a catastrophic medical crisis herself. She made a vow that, if she could make it through, she’d spend the rest of her life making it easier for other moms in the middle of their own storm.

Kayla, we’re with you. Emencaley, we’re rooting for you. And to every mom out there silently holding it all together—we see you.

Let’s keep helping, one mom at a time.
